Our Lawyers
TNTP & Associates is set up by 04 founding Partners who have more than 15 years of working experiences as lawyers in the practice areas of investment, business, finance, insurance, litigation, etc. together with around 10 associates lawyers and 05 legal assistants.
Our lawyers can provide clients with the dynamism of their work, the ability to apply technology in the provision of legal services and, in particular, valuable experience from complex and factual transactions with foreign elements that we have participated in.
In the early days of founding, we have been constantly looking for, recruiting and working with a large group of fellow lawyers, legal experts to work for TNTP & Associates.
In addition, TNTP & Associates also attracts the attention and cooperation of many lawyers and colleagues in most of Vietnam’s big cities to participate in large and complex transactions.
NGUYEN SON TRA
Lawyer Son Tra has been a founding partner of TNTP from 2016. Before that, he worked for more than 9 years at Baker McKenzie Vietnam and Phuoc & Partners Law Firm
Lawyer Son Tra’s main practices focus on dispute resolution, debt collection, enforcement and family and divorce.
He has advised and settled various kinds of dispute in Vietnam. Among of them are real estate disputes, construction disputes, commercial contract disputes, labor disputes, investment disputes, civil disputes, corporate disputes and insurance disputes. Besides, he has wealth of experience in debt collection practice and successfully collected lots of bad debts for domestic and foreign Clients.
NGUYEN THANH HA
Lawyer Thanh Ha has been a founding partner of TNTP from 2016. Before that, he worked for Phuoc & Partners and DIMAC Law Firm more than 9 years.
Lawyer Thanh Ha’s main practices focus on legal advisory and dispute resolution in various fields, i.e. investment, trade, real estate, labor and insurance.
He has consulted and worked with Multi-national Companies and Banks that have 100% of foreign capital such as ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited, Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Limited, Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Limited Company, Liberty Insurance (Vietnam) Limited, VNG (Vina Games) Corporation, etc.
NGUYEN HA TRUNG
Lawyer Ha Trung has been a founding partner of TNTP from 2016. Before that, he worked at Phuoc & Partners, JP Law Firm and other foreign law firms for more than 15 years.
Lawyer Ha Trung’s main practices focus on legal advisory and dispute resolution in various fields, i.e. corporate & investment, M&A, real estates, labor and insurance.
From 2018 to 2021, he was the team leader of lawyers at J&P Law Firm and has advised many famous Korean clients such as Daewon, Sebang Global Battery, Taewang and Ssangyong.
PHAM QUOC THAI
Lawyer Quoc Thai has been a founding partner of TNTP from 2016. Before that, he worked at Phuoc & Partners, Lee & Ko, Nishimura & Asahi, and other foreign law firms for more than 15 years.
Lawyer Quoc Thai’s main practices focus on legal advisory on various fields, such as corporate & investment, M&A, real estates, banking & finance, international trade and regulatory compliance.
He has consulted and worked with many clients being multi-national corporations and foreign-invested company, such as Samsung Electronics, Posco, Ssangyong, Daewon, Fast Retailing, Uniqlo Vietnam, Nippon Steel, Sumitomo Forestry, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mizuho, Hitachi, etc.
NGUYEN PHUC BAC (DAVID)
Lawyer Bac P. Nguyen Esq. (David) with more than 15 years of experience in business and business law practice in Vietnam, David Esq has extensive expertise advising foreign clients in international and cross-border transactions in such areas of practice as inward investment, corporate & commercial transactions, trade dispute resolutions, equity, M&A, corporate restructurings, real estate, construction, tax, and project financing.
