- Advising on and carrying out procedures to apply for business operating license (in the case of conditional business) to carry out the business activities;
- Representing clients to participate in meetings of General Meeting of Shareholders, Members’ Council, Board of Directors at the enterprises for clients;
- Representing clients in discussion and negotiating in other business cooperation transactions.
